We have a very good place for rent on our apartment's LIVING ROOM. SEE ATTACHED PICTURES.
When can I move?
The apartment is in Downtown(west end area) and it will be available on OCTOBER starting 25th.
What are the Apt and Building facilities?
Our apartment has all the necessary furniture and some extras like: 32”LCD TV, Internet TV, Playstation 2 and Playstation 3, plus Wireless Internet, plus a big closet where you can put all your clothes and lugage or any other stuff. The building facilities includes laundry and dryer machines and a bike storange. The Building is located in a good neighbourhood with everything you need just couple blocks away.
About us?
We are a Brazilian couple and we speak English very well. We are easy going and like to make friends and get know each other. On the weekends we do some activities together, as walk in the park, shop, play games, hang out and much more.
What we are looking for?
We are looking for someone that would like to stay in vancouver for more than 1 month. We have been living in Vancouver for more than 2 years and we know downtown area very well as nice places to vist, transportation, fares and more. If you are new in town we will be glad to help you to stablish here.
ps: We love to keep our apartment always tyde and clean.
About the rent shared price:
The Rent is: $450(monthly) + $250 Building Deposit* (only once when you come to the apartment). there is no utilities fee. Eletricity, water, heating, internet, tv, and some others cost are already included on the rent. *You will have to pay the building deposit on the first month and you will have your money back WHEN you leave our apartment if you let us know 2 weeks before that you are going to leave the apartment.
